At Morning Star, we are blessed to have Bethany Sawhill, local Doula and breastfeeding specialist, volunteer to teach our childbirth and parenting classes! Each month, we rotate one of four topics and Bethany teaches parents or parents-to-be how to better prepare for breastfeeding, childbirth, the postpartum time, and newborn care.
